Thank you to everyone who came down to the Oval to make the 2019 event a great night.
We’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Carols at the Oval event at Steel Blue Oval. This is because of a lack of funding for the event – the local community grants weren’t available this year, and with businesses doing it tough, it wasn’t the year to look for new sponsors to cover costs. BUT we are already in talks with Town of Bassendean about next year’s event, which we hope will be better than ever! AND because we love singing carols, we will be holding a smaller Carols by Candlelight on the front lawns of Basso Church – so keep an eye out for more information about that!
